Of course, this has some very special added ingredients, spit, snot, sweat, ear wax. She even farts on the sandwich.
The dirt from the floor and the dust from her feet all go to make a meal of it.
She then cruelly watches as he gags trying to eat it. Still… she did prepare him a refreshment to wash it down with….
