As Foxtress begins to finish her cigarette, she has Rosa beg to extinguish the cigarette in her mouth.
Miss Cate wants to use her sub anywhere, any way any how.
If this means he is on his knees in a public courtyard waiting to be her human ashtray, then that is, exactly, what it means.
