Nurse Bedlam’s patient ejaculated all over her bedsheets – and so she has to take him down the asylum basement to administer a punishment. 
She begins by spanking him with crops. Getting blood to the surface.

She returns with a harsher spiked paddle, this makes an immediate impact in both the bruising and his reactions.
Then the real pain begins.

Perhaps some gel should be applied to the cuts. Nurse Bedlam coats a crop with antiseptic gel and slaps that into the cuts. Certainly a painful way to administer it.
The spiked paddle is reintroduced to really deliver the message, before a final round of cropping until the patient is left to soak in the severity of his crimes.
