Nurse Bedlam is today going to do some needle art with her patient. 
Beginning by unpacking the needles one after another, she prepares her space.
The first needle goes in, piercing the skin. There are many more to follow as the first steps are to complete a circle of 16 needles.
The patient tries to remain relax, but sometimes the pain is just that little too much. But there’s no stop until the procedure is complete.
As the needles go in, Nurse Bedlam teases the skin in the centre circle with a pinwheel, it is extra sensitive because of the position and layout of the needles.
Then comes a double pinwheel.
Wool is then placed around the needles to complete the first part of the artwork.
Before the second part begins, Nurse Bedlam decides to make things a little interesting. She places a vibrator under the groin, meaning the patient has the sensation of the vibrator to content with, while she puts in the final 8 needles.
While at first this may seem fine, this is obviously distracting and frustrating as the patient ends up humping the vibrator! Nurse Bedlam also making sure he is pressed against it for maximum tease and frustration.
Good(?) things come to those who wait.
